Community Steakholder Grants Program

Doing it right starts close to home
For more than 25 years, Australian Country Choice has been proud to call Cannon Hill home. Through our Community Steakholder Grants Program (CSGP), we help local groups turn good ideas into lasting impact.
Our inaugural 2025 round showed us just how many great ideas are out there in our community. In 2026, we’re expanding the program to run all year so more local projects can take shape and make a difference.
2026 Program at a glance:
- Open: February – November 2026
- Funding: Up to $1000 each month
- Who can apply: Community groups based in postcodes 4170–4174 and 4178–4179
- Deadline: 20th of each month
The Australian Country Choice Community Steakholder Grants Program will re-open on 1 January 2026.
About the Program
The Community Steakholder Grants Program exists to keep giving simple, so that support reaches the people and projects that make a real difference.
We know community groups and volunteers are the backbone of every strong neighbourhood. The time, care, and heart they give turn suburbs into communities, and communities into homes.
We see you — the after-hours coaches, the late-night grant writers, the weekend bakers and sausage sizzlers. The ones who show up, pitch in, and keep things going because you care.
This is for you.
How it Works
1. CSGP opens 1 January for the February round.
2. Apply online by the 20th of the month.
3. The Australian Country Choice Community Team and Senior Leadership Team will review each application for community benefit, impact, and ability to deliver.
4. Successful applicants will be notified in the first week of the following month.
5. Projects to be completed within 12 months, with receipts and photos shared once finished.
