“We know that improving skills in handling and riding horses makes our people safer on the job.”

With Cam Ward, the Safety & Compliance Manager- Agribusiness, she visited every feedlot and property over three weeks, doing training on respect@work and psychological hazards, Pictured below were the agri staff and culture/safety team at Barkly Downs station talking about positive workplace behaviour, psychosocial hazards at work and promoting mental health.

Meanwhile, at Cannon Hill staff learned the vital skills of emergency response from Lifeflight community and trauma training program manager Craig Blick and medical instructor Wendy Sullivan.
