The ACC livestock procurement strategy adopts the principles of the I.M.O Livestock Supply System:

Dedicated alliance livestock producers and lotfeeders . Producers committed to supply and comply with all prescribed specifications and standards.

Producers and Lotfeeders that are supplying livestock under forward agreements to Coles Supermarkets.
Producers / Lotfeeders must comply with the prescribed standards.

Purchase of livestock at current spot market prices direct from producers and lotfeeders or saleyards
